Planning

Planning is the key to any successful event. We carry out an initial site visit to advise on appropriate dimensions and the internal layout for your marquee. We are able to provide a scale diagram of the intended layout, designed not only to help you plan your event, but also to ensure maximum utilisation of space. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will ensure that every ‘t’ is crossed and ‘i’ dotted.

I hired Eclectic Marquees for my 40th birthday party and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I messaged several marquee companies for quotes and Nick was the first one to respond suggesting a site visit so he could understand exactly what I needed for my event.

He was around the next day and put together a quote with additional extras if I wanted them. The finished marquee turned out even better than I was expecting with Nick and his team creating a brilliant space for my party – it felt like I had my very own night club in the garden! I recently used Eclectic marquees for a large family party. We hired a large marquee, a luxury toilet unit and tables and chairs for in the marquee. From start to finish I cannot recommend Eclectic Marquees enough. Nick is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He responded to any queries really quickly with photos, suggestions and any information I asked for.

When it came to the setting up Nicks team we’re all lovely, set up quickly and wanted us to have exactly what we wanted. The marquee, toilets and furniture were all clean and in great condition and we even were upgraded to a brand new marquee carpet as Nick has such high standards of his own work. The marquee and toilets received so many compliments on the day and I would use Eclectic Marquees again in a flash! Excellent experience.

We hired Eclectic Marquees for our wedding in May 2022. From initial contact with Nick to the Marquee being taken down we couldn’t fault a thing. During initial conversations discussing what we wanted the experience of the team comes through, clearly knowing what works, what doesn’t and accommodating our requests whilst being friendly, professional and great to work with throughout. They facilitated everything we needed for a marquee in a field with no facilities.
